Founding customers

No logos on this page yet. That is the honest version.

Marketing Titan is new. We could fill this page with stock photography and invented quotes, and you would not be able to tell. Instead, here is what being an early customer actually involves — including the parts that are a disadvantage.

The trade, stated plainly

both sides

Early customers get more attention and take more risk.

That is the whole deal, and anyone who describes it only in terms of the upside is selling. Here is each side.

What you get

  • Direct access to the people building it. Not a tier-one queue.
  • Your requests actually change the roadmap. There is no ten-thousand-customer backlog ahead of you.
  • Founding pricing that does not reset. The rate you start on is the rate you keep.
  • Migration handled by us, with both systems running in parallel until you are satisfied.

What you are taking on

  • No SOC 2 or ISO certification yet. If procurement requires it, this stops here — both lists.
  • A smaller integration marketplace than an incumbent. Check the catalogue for anything niche.
  • No large partner ecosystem of consultants who already know the product.
  • Fewer public references. You will be evaluating the product rather than other people's opinions of it.

“We could put six invented logos on this page and most visitors would never check. The reason not to is that the first customer who finds out stops believing everything else we publish.”

Why this page is empty

How to evaluate us without references

what to do instead

Judge the product, not the testimonials.

Case studies from a young vendor are the least reliable evidence available. These are better tests, and all four are free.

Use the free plan on real data

Every module, unlimited users, no card. Import your contacts and ask for something you actually need this week.

Send the security questionnaire

See whether the answers match what is published. A vendor whose page and questionnaire disagree has told you something.

Test the migration claim

Ask what will not move from your system. If the answer is "everything moves", be sceptical — that is never true.

Questions

evaluating a new vendor
Do you have customer case studies?

Not yet. Marketing Titan is new and we are not going to publish invented ones. When there are real customers willing to be named, they will appear here with figures you can check.

Why should I buy from a new vendor?

You get direct access to the people building it, genuine influence on the roadmap, and founding pricing that does not reset. You take on the absence of certifications, a smaller integration marketplace and no partner ecosystem. Whether that trade is good depends entirely on your procurement constraints.

How do I evaluate the product without references?

Use the free plan on real data, send us your security questionnaire and check the answers against what is published, and ask what a migration cannot move. All three are more informative than a case study.
